Our client, a global professional services organisation, appointed Inntel to plan and deliver a flagship annual leadership conference designed to unite senior leaders, inspire fresh thinking and create lasting impact across the wider business.
We carefully examined each detail of the client’s brief to produce a shortlist of several options we felt would both satisfy their requirements as well as align with their company culture and values. Our client embraced our original concepts and opted for our ‘wildcard option’ to hold their flagship event at the Center Parcs resort in Woburn Forest.
A detailed project management plan ensured the event was delivered on time and on budget. Inntel’s specialist Events Team remained onsite throughout, providing seamless oversight and delivery across all elements.
Food and beverage was carefully tailored to the programme, with fast, nutritious finger buffets designed to energise 180 delegates within tight turnaround times between outdoor activities.
Aligned with the organisation’s wellbeing values, we also delivered a guided mindfulness session led by an expert practitioner, reinforced by the venue’s natural surroundings and outdoor spaces.

Interactive technology was used to enhance engagement throughout the event, including a real-time online voting system for the internal awards ceremony. This replaced manual processes, improving efficiency and creating a more dynamic experience.
A professional videographer captured the event live, producing an on-site highlights montage that was unveiled during the final gala dinner for maximum impact.
Through strong supplier relationships and commercial negotiation, we secured exclusive rates, delivering savings of over £20,000 on total event costs. Hosting all activities onsite also eliminated additional travel expenses, creating a more contained and exclusive experience.
Luxury lodge accommodation created a relaxed, non-corporate environment for strategic discussion, networking and team building. Informal movement between lodges naturally extended collaboration beyond scheduled sessions.
The event concluded with a gala dinner and employee awards ceremony, featuring a bespoke stage set that elevated the experience and delivered a high-quality, celebratory finish befitting a flagship leadership event.
