My legal background is a big influence on my management style; I question every decision I make to assess its impact. I believe you can never stop learning. That’s why I’m a member of several industry and non-industry associations. 

Anna Snoep

Director of Operations & ESG

“I have been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and joined Inntel in 2015. My role is to ensure that our Customer Service teams continue to deliver their award-winning service and exceed our clients’ expectations on every interaction.

In addition to this, I am Inntel’s ESG lead, looking after our operational sustainability as well as ensuring that we deliver innovative solutions to our clients to support them with reducing their environmental impact as a result of business travel.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my daughter, in the gym, in the garden or in a lovely restaurant enjoying a meal out!”

Mark Wheeler

Director of Finance, Company Secretary

“I’ve been with Inntel for 15 years, although I’ve been an accountant my whole career. My role covers every aspect of finance, including our Billback service.

With Billback, it’s my job to give you total control of your hotel costs by making sure you avoid unnecessary charges and keep processing costs low. Off duty, I spend my time with my family – apart from when I’m watching West Ham.”

Sian Sayward MCIPS

Director of People, Partnerships and Strategic Projects

“I’ve worked in the hospitality and travel industry for over 30 years. In my current role, I am responsible for the People, Talent and Compliance Team, Commercial Partnerships and Strategic Projects. I’m a creative thinker dedicated not only to achieving commercial success for Inntel but also to the growth of the Business Travel, Meetings, and Events industries. I help to promote this growth through my joint role as Past Chair and Governance Director for the industry trade association – beam. I also sit on many action groups, steering groups and committees within our industry. I’m passionate about driving best practices forward and will always question the status quo or challenge the norm.

As a parent of a child with complex additional needs, I’m passionate about increasing understanding and acceptance of disabilities and promoting diversity. I volunteer within the Education and Welfare Rights sector, advocating for others who need legal advice and support.

Outside of work, my two teenage sons keep me very busy! In any rare moments of downtime, you will find me chilling out, reading a good book with Meatloaf’s greatest hits on in the background. ”

“I’ve been with Inntel since 1999 and look after our technology. It’s essential I know our systems inside-out so I can identify and implement improvements, especially to functionality and efficiency. I’m particularly proud of our online reservations system which manages all your bookings.

Like many of my colleagues, I enjoy the outdoors, walking and gardening are high on my list. ”

Kilianne Clegg

“I have been in the travel industry in a sales capacity since 2009 and joined Inntel in 2017. My role is to build relationships with potential customers and really understand their requirements in order to build a travel programme that is fit for purpose, meets the requirements of their business, streamlines process and provides savings.

In my spare time I enjoy travelling and visiting places I haven’t been to before and walking with my favourite fur ball Charlie.”

Stuart Tandy

Head of Bid Management

“I’ve worked in the business travel, accommodation, meetings and events sector for over 25 years and during all that time I have been involved in sales and bids. I joined Inntel in May 2025. My role focuses on implementing robust bid management processes, creating and enhancing bid library content, and working collaboratively with key people to compose compelling and commercially attractive bids to win and retain clients.

Spending quality time with my wife and two boys is hugely important to me outside of work. Whether that be a trip to the cinema, a picnic in the park or grander days out. I coach my eldest son’s grassroots football team and when I’m not on general family taxi duty, I enjoy playing poker, watching comedy specials and throwing a few arrows on the oche; I’ve also been known to belt out the odd song on karaoke.”

Laura Rogers

“I have worked in the travel industry for 23 years and joined Inntel in June 2023. My role is to ensure our clients receive an unrivalled service from our teams, focused on turnaround times and delivering that “personal touch”.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends –  I’m also a petrol head and love anything car related from Formula 1 to banger racing!”

Katy Johnson

Head of Meetings, Events and Groups

“I have worked in the travel industry for 29 years, 22 of which have been at Inntel across Operational Services.  My passion is Meetings, Events and Groups.  I work with Anna, Director of Operations, to ensure a professional and quality service is provided to our clients.  I am focussed on leading, motivating and inspiring a team consultants.  I strive to find new ways to enhance the customer experience and identify where changes are needed to support the growth and development of my team.

Outside of work, I love nothing more than to spend quality time with my wife and daughter.  I like to cycle and walk and finish the day off with a cold glass of dry Rosé!”

Neil Martin

Head of Implementation and Strategic Projects

“For the past 25 years I have worked in project management in a number of industries, mainly involving IT systems.  I am confident that my experiences of managing change will assist the Billback team to become super-efficient allowing more focus on our clients.

Outside of work I spend the majority of my time coaching youth football and watching any football available either on TV or at Ipswich Town FC.  I enjoy the gym, road biking and have love hate relationship with running.  I have two teenage sons who take up any other spare time I have, but I wouldn’t change it for the world”

“I have been working in the hospitality industry since I left school and have been with Inntel for 19 years. My team and I are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring that we have the appropriate solutions and partnerships in place to support our clients.

Outside of work I volunteer for girl guiding, enjoy dancing and going to gym classes.”

Daniel Case

LOGiC & Online Development Manager

“I have over 15 years of experience as a software developer, 6 of which are within the business travel industry. I led a team of developers responsible for creating and maintaining Inntel’s online solutions. My expertise includes developing and implementing software solutions, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. I am passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends within our industry.

Additionally, I am a member of the Generation BTA Advisory board, where I am able to contribute to the wider Business Travel Industry, sharing my knowledge and expertise with others.

Outside of work I also love to travel and explore new places with my husband. We enjoy discovering exotic and off-the-beaten-path destinations that offer unique experiences and insights into different cultures.”

Cara Tissington

“I have worked in Finance for over 30 years within a number of different industries ranging from manufacturing to the service sector. I joined Inntel in 2007 and my role is to oversee the accounting activities of the business and preparing all of the  financial reports for the company.

Away from my work I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy taking long walks together  and are keen quizzers too.”

Daniel Mitchell

“I lead Inntel’s marketing strategy with a focus on driving high-quality enquiries and raising brand visibility across our key sectors. Since joining in late 2023, I’ve been shaping integrated campaigns supporting growth and positioning Inntel as the go-to travel and meetings partner. My background spans in-house and agency roles, specialising in yachting and travel, bringing a strong commercial lens to everything I do.

Outside of work, I enjoy running and cycling, and training for different events throughout the year. I also love spending time outdoors with my wife, our son Theo, and our energetic dog, Millie.”
