Employee shift patterns. The importance of good, quiet rest is essential for shift and night workers. We secure hotel rooms on high floors and away from lifts and housekeeping stations to ensure your employees are well rested and ready for work.

Fatigue regulations. We’re familiar with working directives around rest periods. So before we consider a hotel location, we consider, drive time, distance and ease of journey.

Managing high-demand. Our rail clients experience availability challenges throughout the year. The south coast in the summer, Edinburgh during Fringe, and any UK bank holiday that drives peaks in hotel demand. We monitor and measure those peaks and minimise any overspend against client budgets for months which aren’t at a premium.
