DCMS EMF1 Lot 4 – Small Events

Inntel is an appointed supplier on the Department for Culture, Media and Sport Event Management & Delivery Framework 1 (EMF1), Lot 4 – Small Events.

Lot 4 covers the delivery of small-scale and/or short-duration events, giving eligible public sector organisations access to appointed event management suppliers through the framework.

Through EMF1 Lot 4, Inntel can support areas including venue sourcing, event logistics, delegate management, supplier coordination, accommodation, group travel, reporting and post-event review.

How can public sector buyers work with Inntel through EMF1 Lot 4?

If your organisation is eligible to use the DCMS Event Management Framework and you are planning a qualifying small event or multiple events per year:

  1. Share your event brief, including proposed dates, location, audience, format, objectives, budget and any known constraints.
  2. Inntel will review the requirement, confirm scope and support the appropriate procurement route under the framework.
  3. Once appointed to the requirement, Inntel will mobilise delivery with agreed timelines, owners, reporting and escalation routes.

How does Inntel support sustainable and inclusive events?

As a B Corp certified organisation, Inntel is committed to supporting more sustainable and inclusive meetings and events.

Our Sustainable Venue Programme helps clients identify venues actively improving their sustainability practices, while our Meetings and Events team always considers accessibility, sensory needs and inclusive communication as part of event planning.

We can also support carbon measurement and reporting to help organisations better understand the environmental impact of their events through our partners at EVENTsmart.

Expert support events when plans change

Events do not always go exactly to plan. Our teams are experienced in managing changing requirements, supplier challenges and disruption, responding quickly to help keep delivery on track.

Our wider travel and accommodation expertise also means we can coordinate delegate travel, group accommodation and traveller support alongside the event where required.
