Celebrating Our People

Every year, we come together as a company to celebrate and recognise the hard work and dedication of the people who shape our culture and success.

In January, colleagues from across the business are invited to nominate teammates – not only within their own departments, but across the wider Inntel team – who they believe deserve recognition. It’s a brilliant way to reflect on the year just gone, celebrate the moments that mattered, and carry that positivity into the year ahead.

The Inntel Employee Awards 2026 took place at Curzon Colchester, a fantastic venue in the heart of the city not far from Inntel’s head office. The evening began in the café bar with welcome drinks and canapés, before we headed upstairs to one of the screening rooms for the awards presentation. Everyone settled into the comfy, sofa-style seats, and the atmosphere was electric as we celebrated each other’s wins and recognised colleagues for their long service achievements.

After the ceremony, it was back to the café bar for music, food and more celebrations. A special thank you goes to one of our brilliant Strategic Meetings Consultants, Dana Mills, for organising such a fantastic evening. It was a memorable night of recognition, highlighting that our people are at the heart of everything we do.
