We’re incredibly proud of our Account Management Team, who were named Team of the Year at the 2025 Business Travel People Awards.

It’s a huge achievement for a team that consistently puts people, partnership and performance at the heart of everything they do.

So, what makes Inntel’s Account Managers stand out? We sat down with them to find out — from how they support clients day-to-day, to what really drives their success.

What do you think makes your team so special?

“We are truly passionate about what we do – we care for our clients, we care for Inntel, and we care for each other. Knowing each other’s strengths and weaknesses allows us to support one another and combine our efforts to be the best we can.”

“Our success is built on trust and friendship. We are committed to excellence and are always searching for innovative, creative solutions. Also, our diverse personalities and perspectives brings a wider view, encouraging new understandings and strengths.”

“We are very supportive and constantly share knowledge within the team. We are all dedicated to the same cause, doing the best for our clients – which is why we work so well together.”

How do you support and motivate each other when challenges arise?

“We are transparent with both our clients and each other. If someone has a challenge or needs help, they know they can ask, and the team will rally to support each other. We either win as a team or lose as a team.”

“Because we all care, supporting each other just comes naturally. There is no competition, we are one unified team. There are enough of us around to lift the others up during challenging times. We enjoy each other’s company and get on brilliantly both in and outside of work.”

What is your secret to keeping the team spirit alive?

“Communication! Sharing the good, bad and the ugly, both in and out of work. Whether this be through coffee catchups, weekly team calls or internal relationship-building.”

You travel frequently to visit clients, what are your must-haves or travel essentials?

“My top travel essentials are tickets, phone, laptops and comfortable shoes, especially when walking around London!”

“I am a girl that packs everything but the kitchen sink when travelling, but the roll clothing method is a game changer as you can pack more!”

“Using the LOGiC app for my tickets – I can easily access all my tickets within one space. But if I am driving the Waze app is brilliant for sat nav.”

“When we travel, we always make it as sustainable as possible so don’t forget your reusable water bottle.”
