At Inntel, we’re always looking for new ways to make business travel simpler, smarter and more connected for our clients. One area that we set out to improve is business travel ground transport. While flights, rail and hotels are usually managed through online booking tools and travel management systems, taxis and ride-hailing have often sat outside the travel programme. Which makes them harder to track, reconcile, or bring into policy.

So we’re excited to share that taxi bookings are fully integrated into our LOGiC booking platform, thanks to our extended partnership with mobility technology provider Jyrney. This integration means travellers can book taxis, ride-hail and chauffeur services directly within LOGiC – with the same ease and visibility as booking a hotel or train.

If a driver cancels or is delayed, Jyrney’s AI-powered system automatically rebooks with another provider to keep things moving smoothly.

It also supports our shared commitment to sustainability, offering increased access to low-emission vehicles and a clearer view of transport-related carbon data.
