Award Wins 2025

This year has been a rewarding one for Team Inntel, with a vast array of awards. Throughout 2025, Inntel won an incredible 11 awards and was shortlisted for a further 9. It is wonderful to be recognised within the industry and alongside so many exceptional businesses. Keep reading to get a detailed overview of this year’s accolades.

Being named ‘TMC of the Year’ for the second-year running was not something we were expecting – but what an incredibly rewarding surprise! This recognition from Business Travel News Europe reflects the power of Inntel Solved, where innovation, service excellence and a people-first culture combine to create measurable impact for our clients. This is just the start for us at Inntel. We are continuing to push boundaries, evolve LOGiC – our award-winning technology – and deliver smarter sustainable solutions for all our clients.

 

A surprise award is always wonderful, so when Inntel won the Focus Travel Partnership’s Culture & Community Award, it was extra special. We are proud that our industry recognises the commitment to our people, community and industry, and that Inntel’s values sit at the heart of everything we do.

As a B-Corp certified company, we’re committed to a sustainable future. We work hard not just within our business, but with clients and suppliers to help achieve ESG goals. So winning awards centred on sustainability is a huge delight. In May, Inntel won Platinum at the Greengage Sustainability Awards and later in the year, went on to be highly commended as Sustainability Team of the Year by the Business Travel People Awards. These awards recognise travel management companies who demonstrate exceptional commitment to shaping a more sustainable future. We were honoured to be recognised by both.

Also, at the Business Travel People Awards in October, our Account Management team and LOGiC Development team both won awards in their category. Our hard-working and experienced account managers won Account Management Team of the Year. A very well-deserved award as the team consistently goes above and beyond for every client’s needs. Then LOGIC, our proprietary online booking tool, got the recognition it deserves winning the Travel Technology Innovator Award. Inntel is proud of our technology and even prouder of our talent Development Team behind the ongoing innovation and success.

Not only have we won team awards, but we have also had individual awards. Charlotte Latchford, one of our Strategic Meetings Consultants, was honoured to have made it on to this year’s prestigious CN 30underThirty. This award showcases the industry’s exceptional young talent, hard work and overall brilliance. Another one of our incredible team, Lucy Newman, won First Runner Up at the Chris Peacock Young Champion of Change Award. This special award recognises young talent, whilst also honouring the legacy of Chris Peacock, a pivotal figure in beam’s history.

 

Some final hotlists to top off 2025 which we were delighted to be a part of this year was The Business Travel Magazine’s Tech Hotlist 2025 and the Ambitious Essex Tech 50. These lists recognise the most innovative technologies both in our industry and Essex. We’re thrilled with the success of Instant Book Meetings on our LOGiC platform – one of our time-saving solutions for our clients.
