Meet the Account Management Team

We are passionate about understanding the complex and unique requirements of our customers. Thanks to years of experience, our expert team delivers strategic insights and tailored, cost effective solutions to help clients manage their travel, meetings and events successfully. Meet our award-winning Account Managers below to learn how we can support your goals.

Kilianne Clegg, Head of Sales and Account Management

I have been in the travel industry in a sales capacity since 2009 and joined Inntel in 2017. My role spans new business development and strategic account management – building relationships with prospective clients whilst growing and optimising programmes for existing customers. I focus on truly understanding requirements to deliver travel solutions that are fit for purpose, streamline processes, and provide measurable savings and continuous improvement.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and visiting places I haven’t been to before, and walking with my favourite furball, Charlie.

Nicola Meredith, Account Manager

Following a successful 20-year career in the hotel industry, Nicola set her sights on corporate travel and meetings management. She joined Inntel in 2023 – even though it feels like longer, as she’s achieved so much in that time! Nicola’s communication skills, hard work and positive nature have made a great impact on her clients, colleagues, and industry peers. So much so that she won Account Manager of the Year at the Business Travel People Awards 2024. Customer service skills come naturally to Nicola – with her parents being seasoned pub landlords, she had an early introduction to the hospitality industry.

Amy Ashby, Account Manager

A longstanding member of the team, Amy has been with Inntel for more than 17 years and knows the industry inside out. Her experience spans multiple sectors, with particularly extensive knowledge in transport, infrastructure and related projects. A confident communicator, she is dedicated to driving efficiencies, adding value, and improving travel policy compliance for her clients. Something else you should know: Amy is a morning person. She’s always the first one to bed and the first one up on business trips, and she has oodles of energy for early meetings.

Tiffany Casson, Account Manager

Tiffany has been an Account Manager at Inntel for almost 13 years. She is both results-driven and people-focused in her approach to account management. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Tiffany is a voluntary Ambassador for Neurodiversity in Business. Her work here has been recognised with industry awards, including the ITM Game Changer Award 2024, Women in Travel DEI Champion 2024, and Business Travel People’s Chair Award 2023. In her spare time, Tiffany is a self-confessed dance mum and loves watching her daughters perform on stage.

Natasha Dawson, Account Manager

Natasha joined Inntel back in 2016 as a Meetings & Events Consultant. Her natural enthusiasm, drive, and customer service skills led to several promotions within the business, resulting in her current position, which she has held since 2023. Tash is a real people person who loves a challenge and thrives under pressure. Not only in her work but also in the kitchen – Tash’s brownies are legendary at our office bake sales! Watch this space, she might just win Great British Bake Off one day.

Paul Mayo, Account Manager

Paul joined Inntel in 2024, and slotted in perfectly. Paul has more than 20 years of experience in account management and travel sales, so it’s no surprise that he has extensive sector knowledge. Conscientious, bright, and enthusiastic, Paul is a details person and takes great pride in his work. In his spare time, his young family keep him on his toes!
