With Instant Book Meetings, you can search and secure a small meeting for up to 30 attendees online at the click of a button, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You’ll see live venue availability and real-time rates, so there’s no back and forth, no chasing, and no unnecessary delays.
You can now book venues using Day Delegate Rates (DDR), in addition to the room hire rates already available. DDR packages include everything you need for a day meeting such as refreshments, lunch and AV equipment – removing the need to manage a venue hire cost plus separate catering and equipment charges.
This was a highly requested update, and one we’ve introduced because we understand clarity and simplicity matter.
