At Inntel, sustainability isn’t just something we support our clients and suppliers with – it’s embedded in the way we support and engage our people. From workplace wellbeing to environmental responsibility, we’re continually looking at how we can make a positive impact.

Wellbeing and Support

For our people, we offer flexible working, an Employee Assistance Programme and a benefits package that supports mental, physical and financial wellbeing, along with company-funded health cash plans. We also have a menopause policy in place and a dedicated quiet room in our office.

Every employee also has one paid volunteering day per year to support a good cause of their choice.

Reducing Our Environmental Impact

Since 2009, we’ve held ISO14001 accreditation, reflecting our ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility. We have also been accredited with ECOsmart status by Greengage Solutions annually since 2022.

We’re committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for long-term carbon reduction as part of our carbon emissions reduction plan.

We track and report carbon emissions for all internal events using TRACE by Isla, helping us drive behaviour change and reduce our footprint.

Our mini office refillery provides sustainable cleaning products from a local supplier with a closed-loop supply chain, saving up to 500 plastic bottles each year.

We also collect difficult-to-recycle household items like cosmetic packaging, used candles and blister packs, and ensure they’re responsibly recycled through local collection points.

Engaging Employees in ESG

Our internal, voluntary EcoLOGiCal, EDI-LOGiCal and SociaLOGiCal teams give employees a voice in our ESG journey. Everyone at Inntel has ESG-related KPIs to keep sustainability part of our everyday actions.
