Talk to an Inntel expert
What apprenticeship have you done?
Since I began working for Inntel in November 2021, I have completed a Level 3 Business Administrator course.
What are your day-to-day duties?
I work in Business Travel Admin, so my day-to-day duties consist of loading new enquiries, answering phone calls and general office-wide support.
What benefit has on-the-job training had for you?
Working in the office throughout my apprenticeship helped me in a multitude of ways. It benefitted both my day-to-day job in the office – as I was able to use what I learnt in my coursework – and that, in turn, managed to assist me with my apprenticeship, using what I have learnt in my actual job role.
Now that you’ve completed your apprenticeship, what are your next goals?
After completing my apprenticeship my goal was to stay on full-time at Inntel, which I have achieved. Regarding my future career goals, I’m considering ideas.
What is your greatest success in your role?
Overcoming early employment difficulties and improving myself to become a flourishing, full-time employee of Inntel.
Outside of work, what hobbies do you have?
Music and history are my two biggest hobbies. I’m usually either listening to music and making it or reading and watching things about historical topics.
What advice would you give to someone who is considering doing an apprenticeship?
Make sure the course you would want to choose is the correct one for you and think about the opportunities it could present to you when you complete it.
