Inntel Insights

Improving the airline experience for neurodivergent travellers

Business travel isn’t one-size-fits-all – and for many neurodivergent travellers, the journey can be far more complex than it appears. From security queues to boarding and time spent onboard, small moments in the airline experience can quickly become overwhelming without the right support in place.

Inntel Account Manager and neurodiversity advocate, Tiffany Casson, recently moderated an ITM | Institute of Travel Management webinar exploring how the business travel industry can better support neurodivergent travellers. Take a look at her blog below, where she shares key insights on how travel managers can move beyond awareness to practical action to create more inclusive and supportive journeys at every stage.

Retail on the move

As costs come under pressure, many multi-site retailers are uncovering a common challenge: fragmented travel, meetings and event spend spread across regions, teams and suppliers. It doesn’t feel significant day to day, but over time it weakens visibility, reduces negotiating power and limits reporting confidence. Inntel’s Business Development Manager Clair Harper explains why those getting ahead are centralising their activity to take back control.
