Jo Carpenter

People, Talent and Compliance Manager

When did you join Inntel? 1996

Main duties: Managing the PTC team & day to day operations in the department, providing advice and support to managers & working with Sian on PTC department projects.

Favourite thing about working at Inntel?

  1. The people – working with a great bunch and in a job where people are at the centre of everything we do.
  2. I find my job really interesting. Of all the different roles I have had at Inntel, this is my favourite. Every day is different – I am constantly learning, being challenged and experiencing new things, even after so many years.

Fun fact: Prior to joining Inntel, I spent a year living and working in Australia.

Angie Cannavan

People, Talent And Compliance Administrator

When did you join Inntel? 2023

Main duties: HR support, Recruitment, on boarding/ off boarding and daily administrative duties.

Favourite thing about working at Inntel? The Culture and the people, everyone is so friendly and supportive.

Fun fact: I absolutely love to learn, and as well as recently gaining my CIPD HR qualification, I am also a qualified Beautician and Childcare practitioner with over 10 years working within the early years and education sector.

Grace Robards

People, Talent & Compliance Administrator

When did you join Inntel? 2025

Main duties: My main duties include looking after the office facilities and maintenance. Making sure office supplies are stocked and plants are watered. Helping with general administration tasks within the people team.

Favourite thing about working at Inntel? The people and the culture! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely environment to be a part of.

Fun fact: I am a test tube baby (IVF), and my favourite genre of music is Country!

Emily Cutts

When did you join Inntel? 2014

Main duties: Working on projects to continually improve our workplace policies and practices.

Favourite thing about working at Inntel? Definitely the people and the culture. I feel really lucky to work with such a great group of people, many of whom have become lifelong friends.

Fun fact: I love all things Disney and even have two dogs named Nala and Belle.
