Salary Banding - £25K - £30k dependant on experience

Have you got an excellent telephone manner and thrive on delivering exceptional customer service?  Do you enjoy following set processes, but also know when to use your own initiative? Are you a quick learner with an exceptional eye for detail and an energetic, positive and enthusiastic approach? 

We’re looking for a new team member to deliver a fantastic accommodation and travel booking service to our clients. If the above sounds like you then we look forward to hearing from you.

Must Haves

GSCE or equivalent Grade 4 in Maths and English               

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint   

A keen interest in the travel & hospitality industries

Nice to Have

Sabre Trained (it’s a bonus but not a necessity!)

1-2 years industry experience

Hours of work:

Hours of work will be 40 hours a week Sunday to Thursday

Sunday – 09:30-18:00

Monday – Thursday – 16:00-00:30 (if you need a slightly later start time then please do ask as we can be flexible!)

Your initial training period (which is usually up to 3 months) will be Monday – Friday split between working in our office in Kelvedon and working from home and may include different shift times to those above dependant on your previous experience.

Once your training period is completed, this will be a home based role.
