About the Role

We are looking for a Groups and Projects Consultant to join our team, with a focus on delivering an innovative and efficient venue finding service for all Groups & Projects enquiries. Our goal is to exceed client expectations whilst achieving the best commercial result for Inntel on every booking.

You will also be responsible for efficiently managing client projects, groups enquiries and build individual client relationships that encourage client loyalty and repeat business.

 

What We’re Looking For
 
Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine interest in achieving the best result for the customer
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Methodical approach to work with good project and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret customer requirements via telephone and face to face
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-focused mindset.

Strong commercial knowledge and negotiation skills

A good knowledge and experience of Outlook, Word and Excel
