We’re working hard towards achieving a sustainable future for our business, our industry, and our planet. The suppliers we work with reflect that.

Our Supplier Code of Conduct is regularly reviewed in line with our B Corp values and has been updated to include best practices aligned with the ESG framework we follow as a business. It outlines both our standard requirements and additional recommendations for suppliers to work towards.

Through the Inntel Sustainable Travel Hub, we provide opportunities for partners to share their ESG strategies and policies, as well as the option to display ESG accreditations within our online booking platform, LOGiC.

The Sustainable Venue Programme

We’ve also developed a Sustainable Venue Programme to run alongside the Inntel Meetings Programme. This initiative supports and encourages suppliers to adopt sustainable practices, while also highlighting those efforts to our clients.

Event spaces in the Sustainable Venue Programme are easily identified by a green leaf logo, visible to clients during venue searches and on proposals, and to our consultants searching the venue database within the LOGiC Meetings platform.

Sustainable Supplier Engagement

When supplier partners visit Inntel House, we provide sustainable travel instructions to support more environmentally friendly journeys. We also have a ‘no giveaways or paper brochures’ policy in place. Instead of gifting, we encourage charitable donations to Inntel’s chosen charities. In addition, our team actively takes part in supplier-led ESG initiatives, reinforcing our shared commitment to responsible business practices.
