Next week will be Inntel’s Wellbeing Week where we will be focusing on nutrition, sleep, mindfulness and exercise.
Inntel are very aware of how important staff wellbeing is and appreciate that healthy workplaces can help people to flourish and reach their potential.
Items on the agenda include wellbeing workshops on nutrition, sleep, mindfulness and exercise, a pedometer challenge and lunch time walks. There will also be healthy food in the kitchen and lots of information on wellness and ways to improve general wellbeing. We will also use the opportunity to promote the staff wellbeing benefits we already offer our staff such as our cycle-to-work scheme, discounted gym memberships and health cash plan.
Carmella Smith, HR Manager at Inntel said “We know that Wellbeing has the biggest impact on staff engagement and we want our staff to feel engaged and full of energy. It is great that we are able to run initiatives such as this for our staff to keep them happy and healthy”.
