Inntel have proudly held the Investors in People accreditation for many years and are delighted to have been re-awarded this in recognition of exceptional employee engagement.
The report which accompanied the accreditation made special mention of Inntel’s well established people strategies, noting that they have been introduced with care and consideration. The report stated that there was clear evidence that people are encouraged to share their experiences and views with management, which has created improved opportunities for empowerment.
Also highlighted was Inntel’s good process with apprentices, leading to permanent roles and the successful introduction of new flexible working initiatives. Inntel’s wellbeing focus throughout the company was also highly praised and the summary of the report noted that progress over the last 24 months was exceptional.
