As the name might suggest, the Aviator Hotel is located right next to Farnborough Airport. It has six meeting rooms in all, with the largest accommodating 110 in a theatre style layout. The hotel itself has 169 bedrooms (making it suitable for meetings and conferences with a large number of delegates) and you can have a three course meal for £25 so it won’t blow the budget.

Lime Wood is a five star country house hotel located down a quiet road in the New Forest. TV regular Angela Hartnett is one of the two chefs behind the hotel’s ‘fun dining’ menu, making it a paradise for foodies. The hotel offers a selection of quirky meeting spaces, including a study with an open fireplace for up to 12 and a kitchen scullery style room that can accommodate 50. The bedrooms are distributed across the main house and various outbuildings, each with its own individual character and charm.
