  • Traveller Tracker — iCare, our traveller tracking tool enables global searches by country and by specific post code. A really useful function of iCare has been the ability for our client management team to look at past dates of travel to assess where their travellers have been.
  • Management information – Our flight data identifies airlines so travel managers can quickly evaluate the impact to their business should an airline cease to operate. Other reports identify future travel bookings and give travel managers the insight and information needed to make informed decisions about rebooking or cancelling.
  • Hotel closures and key workers — Many hotels are now closed but some have remained open for key workers only. Our list, which is updated on an ongoing basis, provides clients who have workers performing essential work with the information they need quickly to accommodate people.
  • Online amendments and cancellations – Our proprietary online booking tool, LOGiC Travel enables our clients to make quick amendments and cancellations to their flight, rail, hotel and meeting bookings.
  • Client services — Our teams are all working remotely now and fully equipped to help with all enquiries – not just amendments and cancellations but new bookings for the future with expert support and advice on rebooking.
