Mission

Each year, Vitality rewards their Stars who have gone the extra mile for colleague and company. Nominated by their peers, the Vitality Stars enjoy a luxurious two day thank you event combining VIP experiences with an opportunity to give back to the community.
In 2016, Vitality challenged Inntel to create and deliver an outstanding memorable event and we were delighted to accept.

Creative factory

After devising, planning and conceptualising ideas in our Creative Factory we designed ‘By Royal Appointment’ as the theme. References to the Royal Warrant were used throughout the two days; from the Aspinal baggage labels on the Vitality Stars luggage to the crown shaped chocolates on award Winners’ pillows.

We hand picked suppliers, from our unique network, who would work perfectly with the Royal theme.

These included:

  • Etiquette Class by the London School of Etiquette
  • Keynote welcome from Mark Mossiman and lunch from the signature menu
    at private members club Mossimans. (The Queen’s caterers)
  • Personalised afternoon based on interests including personal styling, make
    up tutorials, mindfulness activities and personal exercise training
  • The finale of the day was a trip to a West End show (Disney’s Aladdin) followed by a 3 course dessert tasting experience.

The following day, the team relished in giving back at an RSPCA centre in Southridge. The Stars were joined by Alex Danson (GB Women’s International Field Hockey player) who gave a motivational talk, really inspiring the team.

Meticulous management

Our strategic project management team ensured the event was delivered on time and on budget. As well as overseeing roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders, we co-ordinated 15 suppliers, delivered a thorough risk assessment and managed health and safety.

Finishing touches

The Stars were thrilled with the agenda; from the big reveals to the little touches. Ensuring their favourite drink was served in the theatre interval to providing selfie props in the car journeys. The Stars floated through the experience in true regal style.

Mission debrief:

Following Inntel’s phenomenal success with the Vitality Stars experience we have been engaged to work on the Vitality Leadership Conference that will take place in March 2017.
