By negotiating rates at hotel group level rather than with individual hotels, we were able to leverage better rates and more flexible cancellation terms. Focussing on total trip cost we proposed city centre rather than out of town venues with a lower day delegate rate, avoiding additional delegate travel costs.


By deploying a template format for each course, the client had complete visibility of overall spend without having to process lengthy proposals. Through our online tools, bookers could review their bookings and amendments online, before reconciling invoices against actual activity.


By creating a project team involving ourselves, the client and the hotel suppliers we leveraged even greater flexibility on cancellation charges whilst managing financial expectations by reporting all cost and cancellation savings. From trainer feedback we also enhanced the delegate experience by introducing themed dinners and free gym membership.
