Efficiency

During the training any issues were discussed and resolved quickly, for example delegates wanted more to do in the evening, so Inntel arranged local gym membership, screening of sporting events and films on a large-screen TV in the hotel and games evenings.

Communication

Inntel gave bookers access to two of its key online tools – i-Central and i-reporting – so they could review their bookings and amendments online. i-reporting also helped them reconcile their charges once the event had been invoiced.
