FULLY EQUIPPED STAFF ROOM

Inntel House has a fully equipped kitchen area for all staff with microwaves, toasters and sandwich toasters available for your use.

WELCOME DINNER

All staff who have passed their probation period, be this as a new member of staff or as a result of an internal promotion will be invited to join the CEO for dinner.

The dinner is entirely optional but gives us the chance to not only welcome you to our team, but also for you to get to know the CEO and other members of the Inntel team and departments.

CASUAL DRESS POLICY

It is important to us that you feel comfortable at work, therefore we have a casual dress policy.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE

Inntel has a social committee who are responsible for arranging all of Inntel’s charity fundraising events that staff can take part in if they wish. The committee are also responsible for arranging the annual Christmas party.

SUBSIDISED EYE TEST

All employees who use a VDU are entitled to claim back the cost of an eye examination, up to the value of £20.

In the event that glasses are required as a result of VDU use, Inntel will contribute £25 towards the cost, again upon provision of a receipt and the medical evidence from the optician that the glasses are required due to VDU usage.

COMPLIMENTARY TEA AND COFFEE

Tea and coffee, in real mugs is also available for staff, free of charge.

FINDER’S FEE

In the event that a member of staff introduces a new member of staff to Inntel a ‘Finder’s Fee’ in the form of vouchers will be paid to the current member of staff.

CYCLE TO WORK SCHEME

Inntel offers a cycle to work scheme for the benefit of its employees and the environment, through Cyclescheme. The scheme allows staff to purchase a new bike and necessary safety equipment at tax-free prices, with potential savings of up to 43% on retail prices.

BONUS SCHEME

All Inntel staff are eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, subject to overall Company performance and individual performance.

LONG SERVICE AWARDS

Long service awards run in conjunction with the Inntel financial year.

Staff who have completed 3 / 5 / 7 / 10 / 15 years’ service with Inntel are presented with a gift of their choice

OVERTIME

From time to time, and as the workload dictates there may be the opportunity for overtime.

INCENTIVE SCHEME

Staff are offered familiarisation trips to help them have a better understanding of what the supplier have to offer. We also have a staff incentive where a prize can be awarded staff for going ‘over and above’ in their role.

PENSION SCHEME

We offer staff the opportunity to enrol in the pension scheme after three months of service.
