Inntel is UK’s largest privately owned travel management company, based in Essex and as a result of recent increases in business levels, we are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team of superstars.
About the role:
To assist Inntel’s teams in providing an efficient administrative service to enable them to provide a high level of service to our clients. This is an entry level role to gain full understanding of our Industry with the opportunity to develop in a company that will support growth.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor all incoming email inboxes, responding to and forwarding on emails as required
- Manage all company post
- Answer and manage all incoming telephone calls and allocate as appropriate
- Provide clerical support as required
- Monitor the servers and escalate any issues
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the business travel and meetings industry, this role will allow you to explore all the different departments within our business.
This is fulltime role, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day between 08:00 and 18:30 on a rota basis.
The salary for this role will meet NMW requirements.
