Required to deliver a consultancy service for conferences, meetings and events.
Duties of this role will include providing a total venue finding service – including site visiting with the client, rate negotiations, production of proposals, event organisation and after event support. The role will also include building individual client relationships that guarantee client loyalty and repeat business.
Superb customer service and organisation skills are essential in order to co-ordinate simple to complex events.
Previous hotel/venue finding agency experience would be an advantage.Required to source/book overnight hotel accommodation for corporate clients using our bespoke reservations system
Duties will include locating the most suitable hotel and confirming the reservations with the client/hotel as per their requirement
Excellent customer service skills, an excellent telephone manner, accuracy and attention to detail essential
Previous hotel/booking agency experience would be an advantage but not essential.
