Meetings & Events Consultant

Inntel are currently recruiting a Meetings Management Consultant to deliver an innovative, quality, meeting & events venue finding service that exceeds client's expectations for conferences, meetings and events. 

Duties will include to provide a total venue finding service – including site visiting with the client, booking rate negotiations, production of proposals, event organisation and after event support.  The role will also involve building individual client relationships that guarantee client loyalty and repeat business.

Superb customer service and organisation skills are essential in order to co-ordinate simple to complex events. 

Previous hotel/venue finding agency experience would be an advantage.

Finance Office Administrator

Working within our Finance team duties for this role will include general office duties including taking calls from venues, filing, faxing and checking statements.

Good organisational and keyboard skills required with attention to detail and excellent telephone manner.

Hours 40 per week – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Finance Travel Administrator – Billback

Required to assist the Finance Supervisor with various accounting procedures and to ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounts data held within Inntel's database systems.

Duties include: Producing Client Travel Invoice runs from Ezi database daily; To input venue invoices onto EZI; assist the billback team with the administration of client accounts and to administrate the financial aspects of the Travel desk.

Good organisational and keyboard skills required with attention to detail and excellent telephone manner. Must be computer literate.

Hours 40 per week – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Administrative Support - Travel

To work with the Travel team to assist the Travel Consultants in managing incoming emails third party authorisations and incoming calls to meet Inntel's service levels.

To provide general clerical support to the Operations team and assist in maintaining the database.

Good telephone skills in respect of both voice and manner essential for this role as well as being proficient with all aspects of administration
