Meetings Management Consultant
Required to deliver an innovative, quality, meeting & events venue finding service that exceeds client's expectations for conferences, meetings and events.
Duties will include to provide a total venue finding service – including site visiting with the client, booking rate negotiations, production of proposals, event organisation and after event support. The role will also involve building individual client relationships that guarantee client loyalty and repeat business.
Superb customer service and organisation skills are essential in order to co-ordinate simple to complex events.
Previous hotel/venue finding agency experience would be an advantage.
Team Administrator Apprentice
Inntel currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to work towards the completion of a nationally-recognized Business and Administration qualification whilst gaining experience in a fast paced professional environment.
Your day to day duties will include: monitoring external emails to clients and hotels, providing support to other team members, opening post, ordering supplies and any other office duties that may occur.
The qualification, delivered by training provider The LightBulb, is the equivalent to 5 good GCSE passes and together with the experience gained through working in the role will help to prepare the successful candidate for future employment as an administrator.
The role is a 12 month contract and is an excellent opening for someone who is looking to gain experience in an administrative role. The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced team and will be assigned an assessor by The LightBulb who will guide you through the apprenticeship qualification.Due to the rural location of our offices, we seek an individual who is able to drive or travel to the office under their own steam.
Working within our Finance team duties for this role will include general office duties including filing, faxing and checking statements. Good organisational and keyboard skills required with attention to detail and excellent telephone manner.

Finance Administrator – Billback
Required to generally assist the Finance Manager on a day to day basis.
Duties include: liaising with hotels and clients on the telephone on a daily basis and data inputting invoice details. Good organisational and keyboard skills required with attention to detail and excellent telephone manner.
Must be computer literate.
Hours 40 per week – Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
