Meetings Management Consultant
Inntel are currently recruiting a Meetings Management Consultant to deliver an innovative, quality, meeting & events venue finding service that exceeds client's expectations for conferences, meetings and events.
Duties will include to provide a total venue finding service – including site visiting with the client, booking rate negotiations, production of proposals, event organisation and after event support. The role will also involve building individual client relationships that guarantee client loyalty and repeat business.
Superb customer service and organisation skills are essential in order to co-ordinate simple to complex events.
Previous hotel/venue finding agency experience would be an advantage.
Required to provide a booking and consultancy service for our Travel clients – primarily focusing on air bookings.
Duties of this role will include booking Schedule Air and Low Cost flights, with occasionally some Rail, Car Hire and other travel related services.
Superb customer service and organisation skills are essential and an ability to work under pressure in a busy office.
Previous business travel agency employment is essential with at least 2 years GDS experience (preferably Sabre) as is flexibility and a desire to be an integral part of a team.
Required to support the Supplier Management team in the daily management of venue suppliers, to ensure Inntel achieve the greatest value for money, consultancy expertise and industry leadership for our clients.
Duties will also include assisting the Database & Quality Controller to ensure the quality of Inntel data: to cleanse, audit and supplement hotel records within the Inntel Ezi database, bringing a very high level of data integrity to our internal and external clients.
