Billback
The process of managing invoices can be time consuming and very labour intensive, especially in large organisations. Inntel’s billback service takes away all of this by verifying, consolidating and paying all of these on your behalf, presenting you with a single invoice which can be adapted to your company’s needs, for approval and settlement.
Preferred Hotel Programmes
For clients who have high levels of overnight accommodation or conference and training business our experienced rate negotiation department are able to produce preferred hotel programmes.
We will review your current expenditure, business patterns, subsistence levels and any other factors that may be important to you to develop a dedicated programme of hotels or venues which will provide you with the best options to meet your needs and provide the best value for money.
Account Management
All clients will be allocated the services of a dedicated account manager. They will be your main contact at Inntel and will work with your company both at Contract Manager and Booker level to ensure that we are delivering the level of service that is expected.
They will continually review our service to you through the use of financial reports and regular meetings, making recommendations, if needed, as to where we can further improve our service to you.
Travel Policy
Inntel are happy to work with clients to help them define a Travel Policy, which can then be implemented across your company.
We can interpret management information, to create preferred hotel programmes or identify suitable subsistence levels as well as support supplier negotiations. We can also review current payment systems and make suggestions about other options that are available, which may be more effective.
Consultancy Service
Inntel offers the experience of a dedicated department to support your Inntel account manager in helping you manage your company’s expenditure across all of our services.
Benchmarking exercises against specific criteria can be interpreted to support any changes you may be thinking of making to your policies. We are also able to offer our experience in the different payment methods that are on the market to make paying of invoices as simple as possible.
Assistance with writing tenders can be given, especially in the areas where you may be unfamiliar.
