How to book
- Contact your Inntel reservations team on 08450 920424 or your dedicated telephone number and provide the following details:
- Client number: This helps us to process your booking more quickly.
If this is not known, please give your full name and
company name
- Cost centre number: If applicable
- Purchase order number: If applicable
- Budget: The maximum rate you would like us to book a room at
- Location: If you have a specific hotel you would like us to book we
will always try that one first. If you do not have a
particular hotel in mind or do not know the area you are
visiting let us know where you need to be close to. It
could be the office you are visiting, a motorway junction
or railway station
- Account details: How the account/extras will be settled
- Requirements: How many rooms and which type (single, double etc)
- Date: How many nights and the start date
- Guest names: The names of guests with preference for smoking/
non smoking rooms. N.B. This will be requested but
not guaranteed
- Your reservation will be confirmed to the hotel with a copy to yourself by e-mail, fax or text message. If, for whatever reason, you do not receive your confirmation please contact your Inntel reservations team
- If there is a query with availability or rates Inntel will speak to you before
proceeding further
- Cancellations and amendments should be made through Inntel by telephone. We
will then confirm the amendment or cancellation in writing to both you and the
hotel. Please note: we do not accept amendments or cancellations by e-mail
- To ensure we have all your details on our system we would recommend you
telephone us to make your first booking. After that you are welcome to book by
e-mail for future reservations. Please ask for an e-mail booking form to be sent to you
